Hands up if you have ever set goals that you didn’t accomplish. I have done it. You have probably done it too.

Setting goals is a good thing, don’t get me wrong. The bad thing about it is putting in the work to make it happen. Often, when we set goals, we haven’t properly thought out how we are going to accomplish it.

Eventually, it becomes overwhelming and we abandon it entirely. It has happened to me more than once.

At present, I do things differently.

I form habits.

In this article, I talked about frustrations about goal setting and how to deal with it. Please read and share.

Have you ever set goals you have struggled to accomplish? How did you resolve it?

Thanks for stopping by.
